Let’s start with The Cavern Club – most Day Trippers do – the legendary music venue where The Beatles played more than 300 times en route to conquering the planet.

It’s one of the most visited UK attractions with upwards of one million visitors each year wanting to trip the light fantastic where the Fab Four first strutted their stuff. When the club wanted Help! iprogress said: “We can work it out” and designed and built a website and integrated the shop allowing fans to buy merch.

On the shoulders of giants

iprogress was again on the shoulders of giants when the biggest street spectacular – literally – the UK has ever seen came to Liverpool in 2018.

Royal de Luxe, the world’s leading street theatre company, returned to its second home for ‘Liverpool’s Dream’, an unforgettable show which brought 1.3 million people out to see their Giants roam the streets.

This celebration of the 10th anniversary of Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture was brought to life by iprogress. With Culture Liverpool, we conceived, designed and delivered a website that invited the world to see the last ever Giant Spectacular.

Discovery and Inspiration

When Liverpool wanted to celebrate its place as a global music city with the Liverpool International Music Festival (LIMF), the city tuned into iprogress to realise their vision in a website.

Liverpool is in our DNA and it was as important to us as it was to LIMF organisers to shine a spotlight on our greatness, promote new music and inspire the next generation.

We built a fully content managed website featuring festival acts and dates across Liverpool venues. The fully responsive website is adapted for smartphones and tablets and integrates social media platforms to enhance its presence.

Liverpool: ‘the pool of life’, according to Carl Jung; and ‘the centre of the creative universe’ according to Allen Ginsberg.

It was true when these two cultural icons said it – and it’s still true now.
